gorbec1. You are be sooooo wrong on this one. I believe India is located, geographically, right by the equatorial region, and therefore it never snows in India. You can never have a Ski resort in a place where it never snows and also where the average temperature is 72 degree throughout the year.
Also, I do not think that SMMW now needs to trade in India because there is a new electronic trading platform (OTC.qx) in the US that has been created for pinkies that want to be reporting. There are stringent requirements to be admitted into this new electronic quotations system. Audited financials is one of the requirements. If Dan cannot even produce an audit for a company that has nothing to lose in terms of PPS (0.0001), then, do not encourage him to trade in India. I have a few colleagues at work who are from India and have been trading Indian stocks for a long time, and they told me that stock manipulation is worse in India because there is no official monitoring of any irregularities. Yes, they could pump SMMW in India, but I want to see a SMMW in the US where the real money is. If a student (SMMW) is not smart enough at the end of the school year, then he (SMMW) should be held back and get tutoring to enable him (SMMW) to improve, rather than transfer him (SMMW) to a different school (India). Yap! He (SMMW) will be an overgrown baby in pre-kindergarten (0.0001), but producing an audit should be the first basic thing here before SMMW makes any move. Yea, they could buy back as many shares as they want, but smart investors do not jump into the hype without looking at the financial statements to see whether their money is going down the drain. Here's the new platform created by pinksheets.com and clearly shows 2 levels and the pre-requisite. http://www.otcqx.com/launch.html
