Are we trading on the AMEX???

Or are we halted on the AMEX???

In checking GTE in the financials of my paper I see that GlobeTel is (and has been for quite some time) followed by a "v". Checking the footnotes I find the following:

v -- Trading halted on primary market.

Is the reason for the recent low volume because we are not trading on the AMEX but only on the "secondary" markets?

Can someone please check their daily paper and see if they find the same "v" symbol with the same footnote explanation.
