Oops, let me restate that hypothetical alpha puppy. I should never post just before my battery dies.

Alpha Puppy can you run it with (hypothetically) 13% still alive in control (this includes crossovers and non-crossovers) by July 15th, 2017 and 38% Treatment group still alive on July 15th, 2017? If you can determine theoretical medians in your analysis, that would be great. Alpha Puppy, if you need one additional data point for OS, assume (hypothetically) 1% OS for control at 5 years and 23% (alive) treatment OS. Again, if you can run median estimates, that would be great.

For progression free survival, could you run it with (hypothetically) 10% control did not progress by December 1, 2016, and 32% treatment did not progress by December 1, 2016? If you need an additional data point here, assume 0% control did not progress by July 1, 2017 and assume 27% treatment did not progress by July 1, 2017.
