It doesn't appear now that anyone in China plans to help more than the EXIM Bank's original offer of a $270M loan. The Japanese, who proved out the Arkenol process a few years ago, do not seem interested either, perhaps partly due to their diligence in keeping a clean environment that would not benefit as much from consuming waste materials?

I have also heard the county in MS where the proposed Fulton plant was to be located, has been recently looking for ways to get out of the deal first made with Bluefire?

It seems now that a financial breakthrough, from one source or another will be needed, and fairly soon, in order to get this project started?
