Seems China is beginning to make some deals with other energy companies in the US and Canada. With the new administration we are in a better environment in general. You would think the Japs would want to invest since they have proved up the technology over there. I can't believe Mississippi doesn't take the bull by the horns and assist with the down payment to get that Chinese investment... or work with the Japs to get it done. Politics could well be the roadblock. Just have to grease the right palms these days. The Clinton Foundation has plenty of dough ray me, and the ability to pull strings. Put your thinking caps on boys and get er dun.
