LOOPHOLE: Maybe you can email Investor Relations in advance of the ASM with your questions and concerns.

I am preparing a few questions that I will email in advance AND on the date of the meeting, so that the questions will be answered one way or the other.

I hope that next years meeting would be a combination of an 'In Person' annual meeting WITH webcast like functionality so that those unable to attend in person can email their questions.

I don't appreciate IDCC 'grouping' questions under one single umbrella (like saying x shareholders inquired about dividends) when 1 asks about special dividends, 3 ask about increasing dividends, another asks about stock split dividends, etc.).

If I were to ask a question about 'dividends' it would be something like: In view of the Board paying 'bonuses, etc' to insiders who get paid to do a job, why would the board not declare a special dividend to reward its shareholders who should 'share' in the annual profits in a proportionate basis to that of insiders, since the insiders are risking their own funds in the future of the company and should be compensated accordingly.

JMO but i think it would bring a point or two across to management and the board.
