Donepezil, dextromethorphan, and fluvoxamine are the ones that first come to mind. Donepezil is the obvious competitor. Less obvious is that dextromethorphan (often used in cough syrup) is in PIII trials for Alzheimer's agitation and trended to also improve cognition in PII (P~0.06). Fluvoxamine is mainly used as an antidepressant.

You might hear theories here as to why 2-73 could do better but you won't get any direct data.
