I've seen a 25,000% P & D once in 2003 Good old QDIB
So I guess anything is possible.
But I think UOIP does get real settlement monies and will move past 25 cents in the near future. It might not be as fast as everybody likes but hey that's what makes investing so challenging sometimes.
But if big settlement is announced then UOIP could skyrocket in a matter of hours to a huge PPS.

Can't wait to see how it all unfolds.
