Does it matter either way? Ropes and Gray would not have taken on all of these cases unless they thought they had at least a 50/50 chance right?.... Ahhhhh, I don't think so.

You don't get to 43 wins and ZERO loses in IP cases (3 at the Supreme Court level) in 2016 with taking on clients that get you to a 50/50 chance.

SFOR.... All utility patents....100% owned. That's a fact. That's why R&G took SFOR on as a client.

That is why it doesn't matter. Very soon some infringers will settle. Later on others will settle. New ones will be announced and they will suffer the same fate. Each time, royalties will be involved just like Microsoft.

With Ropes and Gray involved...what do we have to worry about!!!!
