There can't be a high volume dumpathon. On grey markets, there are no MM's and all orders must be perfectly matched. In other words, if you have 52,000,000 shares of this thing, and wanted to dump all 52,000,000, you couldn't unless somebody else was trying to buy exactly 52,000,000 shares at exactly the same price. No partial fills on either side of the transaction (although you might luck out if multiple orders perfectly add up to your batch for sale, which is rare).

In other words, shareholders are trapped now. Most couldn't dump if they wanted to, only they don't realize it yet.

Don't believe me? Test it out by trying to sell an odd number of shares, like 1853 shares or something. I guarantee it will not be filled ever, unless a friend knows your intentions and puts in an identical buy order.
