Well where is it? Here, I'll tell you since it isn't very well known.

MyDx Asia was changed to Red Rock Canyon, LTD:

But, what is Red Rock Canyon LTD? Well...it seems pretty close to this company registered to Harry Tajyar:

And who is Harry Tajyar? Harry was our IR guy at Investor Relations Partners. Harry, aka Ahmad Haris Tajyar, was busted by the SEC for insider trading a few years back:

Investor Relations Partners and Harry also represented Immune Theraputics, Adaptive Medias and NOHO. All of which were also diluted into oblivion and sued by Phoenix Fund Management. Sound familiar? Just like here.

So why would MyDx give MyDx Asia to Harry Tajyar? Did they give him the $1.7mil too?

There's also the Xiaolin Wang or whatever the name was that was part of the China deal, who was also involved with several of the other companies named above.
