BOD Annual Meeting wants Timothy McGrath voted on and has worked for CBAI since 2006. BOD wants Stephen Morgan as President of CBAI and has worked for CBIA since 2010.

I call Mr. McGrath & Mr. Morgan Old Scumbag Deadbeat Management who never buy CBAI shares and yep, Company still here with deadbeat old scumbag management.
