Hint; JPM Chase Bank bought WMB not JPM.

Because these are issued in Euro's, JPM Chase does not have to report the offering to the SEC. That is why we have not seen these on the SEC EDGAR site.

The Petition to CA Probate Court was on December 12th, add 30 days for objections, of which no objections were filed and that puts us right in line with the January thru March events you listed. The TIP is now carrying out "a method of allocation of the settlement proceeds among and within the RMBS Trusts."

Hence; "Final Allocation", and "Final Approval" are ApproveD.

You don't implement above points if CA "Final Allocation", and "Final Approval" are still pending. The TIP is all that remains in CA.
