Misleading. They converted at .02 -- WAY above market values, and certainly above today's value. A BIG show of confidence by the note holders. IF they were big diluters they would have sold last year when they got many more shares, but the company went on record in a PR as saying that Equitas never sold a single share.

Again, thank you for your posting here. It continues to fuel my confidence that I've made the right decision.
