I think Neah is using the money saved from no SEC reporting to keep operating.
They are still listed as occupants of a suite in the business court in Bothell, Washington and it is not the same office that they used to occupy.
How do you know they have no employees ? The scant evidence we can find suggests that they actually have more now than they have in a while.
I think they will come out of the dark and become current with OTC alternative reporting eventually.
I asked about this possibilty and was told 'the directors have chosen to remain dark at the CURRENT time "
So, it is a matter of when at the moment.
