Nice find, pokestake.

It looks like it could affect FSS plan to roll out their own ATM's and thereby also affect GTE through their involvement with them.

However, as per the Nov. 2005 PR ( http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_2005_Nov_9/ai_n15786374 ) FSS also provides services to Indian banks. So since these ATM's are operated by banks, they should not be affected and thus I would think GTE and FSS would still be able to go ahead with the "launch".

Again thanks for the find. It's good to read something useful amongst all the bickering!
