Since MIG shareholders are to be asked to take SPCL shares in exchange for the migme business then I am confident that everything we need to know about SPCL, including the battery business, will be revealed in the fullness of time.

MIG will also need to change its name at that meeting if it no longer owns migme. That new name could be anything but there is a possibility that the name change could be part of a new venture. And a new venture could require shareholder approval as well...and that could be slowing down the preparation of the documents. Just my thoughts.

The explanatory memorandum that will accompany the notice of meeting will be a substantial document.
