That doesn't sound like Rich personally owns those shares, only that the 60M were returned the company. It's not the same thing. Does Rich have a form 3 filed with SEC for those 60 M? Some reporting requirements, even Pinks and Grays are bound by and insider ownership is one of them. If I get time I'll look for a form 3. Is the annual report you read that statement from in 2016 annual report?
