This is one of the most bewildering stocks I own - but the FTR does indicate someone has been accumulating since Mid April. MACD is positive.The accumulation is passive because the OBFV is negative, but the ADX may be trying to cross over. A/D is not a reliable indicater and in the case of divergence with FTR I would say it reflects negative wash trading. Aroon+- is negative...

Summary - chart is not hopeless but it's really conflicted.
