I don't think it's dilution, Penny. The O/S was updated recently by OTC Markets. And the O/S was unchanged. I do, HOWEVER, know with certainty that the MM's are shorting the stock for the noteholders. If you watch your Level 2, it is very obvious. And that might explain why the pps spiked on Friday in such a strange manner. Even the noteholders have to cover here and there before they take their 10%. I've got this stock down to a science. And unfortunately, so does Southridge.
