Around JUNE 13, 2011, CSX stock split 3 to 1.
The past 2009 to 2011 high low prices are showing a reflection of the adjusted 3 to 1 prices. The closing is showing the non adjusted actual closing price on that date.
Notice how prices are correct around its 3 to 1 split date.
