I'm not denying that's what happened. But that calls into question of how McKinney can simply take Vital Products private and sell the shell to someone without compensating shareholders.

If the new company does great, fine. But what if it tanks and the sp goes to $.0001?

I've witnessed a lot of R/Ms in my day. But they were already shells when they happened. Vital was an operating business. And still is to the best of my knowledge.
