Sorry can't help myself. The AMEX would say that NR would be over promotional.

Because saying "we are unable to update at this time" implies GTE will be able to update in the future.

"Please be assured” The AMEX would say nothing is assured.

"progressing as planned" The AMEX claims GTE’s plans are fabrications, so how can something that does not exist progress?

"update our shareholders ASAP" The AMEX would say we will see about that.
