I imagine there are rules with regards to info such as recalls,changes in management etc. No stone will be left unturned.I'm guessing that the company will be on a probationary status should all the concerns of past PR's be satisfied. They will be made to produce documents and such for a period of time going forward as too regain their credibility.By doing this the Amex will have given the company both a noose to hang itself and a green light which will allow it to survive on the Amex, avoid the legal, and show its cards.
