I also wonder if someone from Park West was at a previous investor conference like the one on Friday. If so, would be nice if another company like them bought in to boost the institutional ownership up. Just hoping they are long term holders, like us. Another form for over 5% ownership would keep investors confident and may bring in new investors. Also, if Blackrock put all shares under one name like they did this past quarter, would they have to put out a form for 5% ownership if they bought more shares, they are about 400k shares away. It'll be interesting to see if after this quarter they bought but put them under a different name, say blackrock inc still holds 1.6 million but blackrock advisors or whatever it is comes back and has 1 million. They wouldn't have to file the form but would have over 5% put together.
