Yea, pretty confusing. So many different types of shares outstanding and such and who gets what type of vote makes it confusing.

You clearly see that shareholders want liquidation with payout and imsc wants to move on as new entity. 2/3 of shareholders need to approve moving on as new entity.

I have no clue who the big players are with the most shares.
