Check docket 0750. Read the transcript. Good info. Equity committee is supporting full liquidation. No value here, as I expect the PPS to only be around 8 cents.

I read through it. But dang if I understand what I read.. Hopefully someone here can explain it in simple layman's terms rather than this formal legal speak.
