I think JT said in a tweet that he can't buy shares on the open market until $NSAV is current. He's a company officer so laws are different for him than for the person on the street who wishes to buy shares.

Just checked and otcmarkets.com still has a stop sign meaning $NSAV is not yest current. Not sure about the new entity but a stop sign is a stop sign.
