Perhaps company is already current
Let s be honest ,the day they announce the company is current we start a big jump why would the ceo pay 4 5 6 times more then we as shareholder
If i am ceo i would buy now at the cheap price ,actually you could by easy deduction ask yourselves why the holding wouldn t be current?
So finally i WOULD
announce it later when i have done my accumulation because i WOULD tell that it was written between the lines
