UOIP doesnt own Chanbond LLC as it's a private company hence the LLC and there is no affiliation as Chanbond LLC would have to legally disclose that in the court filings which they don't.

The 2015 8k only states there was an agreement to acquire but never executed on because the company never had $5M to purchase it.

This is nothing more than a skull and crossbones that always goes back to .0001 after the dump.
