This merger is the real deal. If anyone thinks it is taking a long time and think these mergers happen over night. They don't.
Has anyone ever purchased a house before? If you have you may recall visiting the lawyer, real-estate agent, hiring a house inspector, consultants to show your house etc and know these things take time. Definitely something that doesn't happen over night right. Well these mergers are 10x more complex with legal work logistics and handling all inquiry accounting just to name a few. I'm not a lawyer but I still remember the day I couldn't get the keys for my new house till the lawyers received the funds for the house that I had sold .I would think that this would be the same and based on filing and email alert Consider it a done "MONSTER" deal.This is all just my opinion of course and I suggest doing your own DD before making any investment decision.
