Effective January 28, 2016, Cyber Safety, finalized the purchase of the option to buy the keystroke encryption patents and Intellectual Property related to the GuardedID and MobileTrust software pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Asset Purchase Agreement for a purchase price of Nine Million Dollars ($9,000,000), which may be paid in the form of a promissory note due by and no later than September 30, 2020.

It sure looks like CS/ACS was waiting for the outcome of the MSFT/PF settlements before executing the promissory note for purchase! Once that occurred - Game On! wink

I emailed Mr. Kay before after the ACS webinar and he said ACS doesn't own the keystroke encryption patents yet until they pay the 9M. However, since the deal has been finalized with promissory note, $SFOR cannot sell to anyone else unless not paid by 30 SEP 2020.

Folks should also take the time to read the exhibits for the APLA and properly comprehend what a great deal Mr. Kay setup!

And this year R&G -- World Leader and Undefeated with IP litigation is retained to represent little OTC $SFOR IP - just STELLAR! The company is small, BUT....has Very Very Very HUGE Cyber Security IP worth Multi-Billions and why R&G came onboard - the Big Money baby! wink

$SFOR STRONG!!!!
