Patent TROLLS like this one are hammered in court. These guys are bunch of bums not doing any work, helping country, but going after companies that make money..They are hated in the court especially if they are patent trolls and this one is !

This too will get crushed by judge
Just watch

Never buy Patent trolls, they have no future and often considered as parasites by court..

Most legitimate ones like Samsung vs Apple do get results on merits, however patent Trolls get kicked out by judges always due to the fact they are doing nothing..and going after companies making money
