Very nice Clay.

But the PDT rule is no where as bad as MMs having the 3 full days to clear trades..and the unlimited amount of vapor shares they can create to kill a stock run.
CDEL is killing it on the OTC.

It's an insult to the computer age as far back as 1970s under Nixon.
It's a license to steal.
24 hours at the most.
