They made it known when ACS took the option last year. So they will also make it known when they hand over the patents.
ACS is made up of people that are trying to push the products they claim to own (I understand and accept their position on this front). While they do not technically own the patents yet they have a license with the option to buy. I lease my car. Who owns it? Not me, the leasing company. I have the option to buy at the end of the agreement term, but I still tell people it's my car.
ACS and SFOR are working together. This is something SFOR hasn't seen yet in its history. A company pushing the products aggressively (base on the webinars). But yet we need to see proof of the deals that are done (according to Kay's last 2 or 3 radio interviews).
