They bring it down to small amount, stock goes up to reflect ratio. Then they can increase A/S by 5 billion and run that stock price back down again lol. I really am surprised they did it this way... They could have ran the scam pump longer before R/S to milk money. Idiots now have killed whole operation before R/S.. Writing is on wall for future buyers so CEO is doomed.
