Since they have already done UN audited financials then I would think they WERE fairly accurate. It would be a matter of concuring with the company's numbers is all. Making sure there are no oversights or mistakes. Anyway just my opinion. Seems that we don't go over .01 until we see audited numbers. They can also be a fully reporting Pink sheet company also and don't need to jump to OTC.
