Makes perfect sense to me. Have you ever filed financials with the SEC? Not as easy as you might think, especially when you are behind on them.

1 quarter could take weeks and weeks. How long does YEARS worth of financials take?

Have to file EVERY SINGLE ONE to become compliant.
