there's no way Costco allowed someone unrelated to the Costco store owner (remember these are all independently owned and operated) and allowed them to call their store EHP Liquors @ Costco - No way Costco whose worked so hard to build its brand and spends millions of $'s protecting it would allow a small mom and pop liquor store to setup shop and use Costco in their name...this isnt the only one New York that uses @ Costco either...check out Holbrook Liquors in NY website...uses same designation "@ Costco" - again if not affiliated with Costco NEVER would Costco allow this...
