They had $300k in outstanding convertible notes at discounts of 22-45% from 10 to 30 day preceding trading prices at the last filing.

It's likely RxMM has provided additional funding since the quarter ended and if they hit $400k in debentures, in addition to the 25% discount on conversion of the $400k, they have warrants to buy an additional 10 million shares at $.05 each.
