Comparison on float, according to Yahoo.... UOIP 108.08m Float

OWCP which ran from .005 to over $3 dollars has a float at 139.29m

given the fact that outstanding shares on UOIP is much larger, its not impossible for UOIP to hit .50 cts easy. float lock then who knows.
