AZcowboy's proffering WMIH can receive $$$-directly from Trusts that are beneficial for a SUB of WMIH (much more than 2.5%), thereby negating the need to be transacted through WMILT. Apparently some of the Trusts in Safe Harbor are st up in such manner. Obviously this would be also advantageous to WMIH's cause should such notion prove out. imo
