Yes, I'm still invested awaiting 10-k and next move. Rereading the post I replied to written by DD Dempsey a week ago, seems as if the company laid out the direction. First, we are NOT heading towards bankruptcy. Second, it appears we did sell off some NON CORE assets. Third, a resolution was voted on to approve a merger or acquisition. Last we have a new patent.
