A) There are no "tickers with value" in the OTC. This isn't a buy a load and park for awhile investment world. This is a trade and make money world. OTC marketplace was not developed or does it exist as a place to invest. Those that learn that do well. Those that don't, won't.

B) Providing PPS targets is not unethical because the chart does not lie when no dilution is present (there is none here).

C) Everybody that's any good at trading knows you should never trade on news events, but instead the technicals that provide the environment where a "news" release actually provides extra catalyst to the technical run. Those that say charts are rubbish are the ones that know nothing and have no business giving advice to anyone.
