I'm not sure exactly what happens to his options. I don't know if we will ever know unless the company says something. Don't think his employment agreement is available for public view. I think it would be safe to assume he gets to keep the vested options but will lose the options that have not vested yet.

John Bonfiglio – Stock: 26,053; Exercisable Options: 65,973; Options Not Yet Vested: 29,861

So my guess would be he'll get to keep the 65,973 as these are currently exercisable but will lose the 29,861 that have not yet vested.
