For their legal sake. I hope they were placating you when you asked them about the MYDX device.

For the millionth time, dispensaries cannot just open up a bag and give customers a sample. There is strict inventory control on marijuana, from seeding to sale. And states require detailed records to be kept.

Unless you are licensed by the state, you can't just take a sample....it's illegal.
