That is not a deadline. They've already missed that "deadline" to close this deal.

These transactions that we are seeing (Form Ts, strange bulk buys without pps change, etc.) are similar to what we saw prior to the MIG announcement. They could be trying to make another acquisition.

Not sure how much longer it will be, PPS seems like it will just flutter from like 35 to 45 until we see some light at the end of the tunnel.
