Dear Judge Vazquez: We represent Strikeforce Technologies, Inc. (“Strikeforce”) in the above matters. On May 15, 2017, Strikeforce filed its opening Markman Brief (Doc. No. 67). In preparing its opposition to Defendants’ opening Markman Brief, Strikeforce discovered that it inadvertently failed to comply with the font/page limit requirements set forth in Local Civil Rule 7.2(d). Strikeforce’s opening brief includes 40 pages of 12-point Times New Roman text. Strikeforce, therefore, respectfully requests leave nunc pro tunc to submit its Brief with 40 pages of 12-point Times New Roman text. In the alternative, Strikeforce requests leave to file a conforming Brief with either 40 pages of 14-point Times New Roman text, or 30 pages of 12-point Times New Roman font text, within three business days of any court order. Any such conforming Brief would not include any new information or arguments, but would only eliminate information or arguments.
