Every year we expect the same and always the result comes out of it. If any news comes out it will be at least 45 days after shareholders meeting. I'm expecting the same old same old.

FYI You can't gift yourself shares and then make an immediate announcement. This will be Causing major BOD Ethics issues as well as possible Inside trading issues for gifting themselves shares of a known event that is just now occurring. They have to give themselves some time and space between due to the SEC will be watching very closely.
If there is an announcement it has to come before the meeting and announced which according to trading patterns and leaks it looks like a no go announcement. Especially when one of the items is BOD share compensation.
