Well put. It echoes what I've thought for quite some time in that Sweeney et al regardless of who appointed them or what affiliations they may or may not have, are NOT going to rule against the Government. To avoid any appearance of impropriety delays, continuances, rulings that defy law and logic, and the like are used to demonstrate they are not "playing favorites". As we all know, it's complete BS as she nor any of them want to upset the apple cart, so just continue every motion until 2018 when the capital buffer is to be erased. What a rigged system we have here.
